What should I expect to find at Greenpoint Terminal Market?

Greenpoint Terminal Market is a one-of-a-kind marketplace showcasing creative vendors selling food, drinks, hand-made items, etc.

How do I access the Market?

The Greenpoint Terminal Market will take place outside at 72 Noble Street Lot. Brooklyn, NY 11222, adjacent to the Ferox Ninja Park. All vendors will have access through Noble Street to load and unload. There is no parking allowed on site.

What is the vendor fee?

Vendor space is $50 per day. Food truck space is $150 per day.

Are chairs and tables available?

You can rent tables and/or chairs directly from us or bring your own! 6ft tables are an additional $20/day and chairs are $6/day each.

Do I need a food distribution license?

All food vendors must provide a copy of their Food Service license issued by NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to your business. This includes: Food Service Establishment Permit, Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit, Mobile Food Vending License.

Do I need a liquor license?

Businesses need a Special Event Permit to sell alcohol in ways not covered by their license. These include tastings and promotions. This permit is issued by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA). This also has to be cosigned by the manager of the Greenpoint Terminal Market.

What if it rains?

Vendors who endure inclement weather have great success in the market. We are here rain or shine. The Market will only close at the discretion of GTM.

Payment methods?

We are completely cash-free! We take credit card payments using our CC authorization form, and will send you a payment link when it is time to pay!

How are the spaces arranged?

Vendor spaces are allocated the day prior to the event, at the Greenpoint Terminal Market’s discretion.

Is there a seating area?

Yes, there is a tented seating area for you to enjoy.

Is there parking available?

No, there is no on-site parking. There is plenty of street parking, however, but we cannot guarantee spots. We advise you to take public transportation to avoid having to look for street parking.

Can a vendor offer samples?

Yes, if they want to!

Does the Flea Market charge admission?

No, we are open to the public, free of charge!

What time is the market open?

We allow public entry to the market from 11AM to 6PM.

Vendors have access to the market for setup as early as 9AM. All vendors must be fully packed and off location by 7PM sharp.

Can I bring my pets to the Flea Market?

Yes, please! We love our furry friends. Dogs are welcome. Ruff ruff!
